Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful deals. This role requires relationship building, market knowledge, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, meetings, and site visits.

• Present, promote, and sell real estate properties to prospective clients.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.

• Negotiate and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Maintain strong client relationships and provide post-sales support.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and property values.

• Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns to increase brand visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in sales (real estate sales experience is a plus).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.

• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
