Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Tele Caller with 6 months to 2 years of experience in real estate or telesales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and persuasion skills to engage prospective clients and generate leads for our real estate projects in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote real estate projects.

• Explain project details and features clearly and convincingly.

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, messages, and emails.

• Maintain a database of potential and existing customers.

• Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested clients.

• Handle client queries promptly and professionally.

• Meet daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales or customer service, preferably in real estate.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

• Proficient in using MS Office and CRM tools.

• Fluent in Hindi and basic English.

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Noida.
