We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling personal loan products to individual customers, ensuring excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
Proactively identify and engage potential customers for personal loan products.
Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers.
Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and other sources.
Manage the complete loan sales process from lead generation to disbursement.
Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Ensure timely follow-up with customers and update them on application status.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
Previous experience in personal loan sales, banking, or financial services is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
