Experience: 2–3 years as Executive Assistant / Sales Admin (preferably in a pharmaceutical company)
Role Summary:
The Sales Admin will be responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to the Head of Sales & Marketing at the corporate office. The role involves handling sales reports, MIS preparation, travel management, data verification, and presentation support, while ensuring smooth communication between the sales field team and corporate office.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft circulars, covering letters, and professional communication as per requirements
Coordinate with field managers to collect timely sales reports and data
Facilitate travel arrangements including domestic travel and hotel bookings
Generate reports from systems and prepare MIS data for management
Verify data submitted by field staff and follow up for corrections
Maintain sales databases and prepare presentations for meetings
Manage and assist in preparation of tour plans for sales managers
Prepare PowerPoint presentations for sales and marketing meetings
Key Skills:
·Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
