• Maintain detailed CRM updates and track pipeline progress.

• Collaborate with customer success and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and user experience.

• Gather customer feedback and share insights with leadership to improve the platform and sales process.

• Participate in events, webinars, and outreach activities when required.

Required Qualifications

• 0-1 year of experience in sales, business development, customer engagement, or a similar role.

• The candidate should be able to work remotely but open to WFO in the next 6 months.

• The candidate should have a Laptop/Computer with a stable Wi-Fi connection.

• Freshers who are confident communicators and quick learners are strongly encouraged to apply.
