Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Pune. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing accounts. Daily tasks include conducting market research, attending client meetings, presenting proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business goals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
Strong Business acumen and market understanding
Excellent Communication skills
Experience in Account Management
Successful track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in real estate or consulting is a plus
