📝 Job Summary:
We are looking for result-driven Solar Consultant to support our Australian outbound calling process. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and able to initiate conversations with potential clients to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive online sales of solar and battery systems by engaging strategically with prospects through phone calls, emails, and live chats to deliver personalized energy solutions and achieve consistent sales targets.
2. Perform in-depth analysis of self-generated leads and implement data-driven sales strategies to maintain a high conversion rate through timely and targeted follow-ups.
3. Manage the complete rebate application lifecycle for Solar VIC, ensuring accurate documentation, submission, and proactive tracking for faster approval processes.
4. Re-engage dormant and aged leads through structured cold-calling campaigns, successfully converting inactive prospects into active clients.
5. Collect post-installation customer feedback and referrals, enhancing brand reputation, increasing customer retention, and supporting organic lead generation.
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Minimum 1 year of outbound calling or lead generation experience (preferably in international/Australian processes)
2. Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
3. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
5. Prior experience in B2B lead generation is a strong plus
