Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated insurance sales caller to join our team in Thane. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, explaining insurance products, and driving sales through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Present and explain insurance products clearly and persuasively.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable policies.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
Achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections and close sales.
Basic knowledge of insurance products preferred.
