Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Gurgaon

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Experience: 0 – 2 Years (Freshers Can Also Apply)

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.

Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback.

Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to enhance customer satisfaction and brand visibility.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Skills and Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and convincing ability.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven attitude.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Good command of English and Hindi.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
