🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance productivity and achieve KPIs.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base (Domestic & International).

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Conduct sales forecasting, planning, budgeting, and pricing strategies.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to formulate growth strategies.

• Prepare and present sales performance reports to management.

• Coordinate effectively with production, purchase, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.

• Ensure timely collection of payments and implement strong customer credit discipline.

• Participate in client meetings, trade expos, and industrial exhibitions when required.

🔹 Skills & Requirements

• Proven track record in sales leadership roles.

• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

• Strong understanding of industrial market dynamics and customer behaviour.

• Target-focused mindset with the ability to perform under deadlines and pressure.

• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with CRM / ERP software preferred.

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in B2B / Industrial Sales will be a strong advantage.

🎓 Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree (BBA / B.Tech / Any Graduation)

• MBA in Sales / Marketing preferred (not mandatory)
