JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Name: Banking Sales

Employment Type: Full-Time

Willingness to work in rotational shift

Eligibility Age Criteria: Age: 18 – 35 years

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma

• or 10th +2 years of ITI

• Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer requests, queries, and complaints effectively through inbound calls.

• Candidate should not have MTI, Ability to write and understand English, Ability to write, speak and understand regional language as specified, Good Analytical Skill.

• Update call logs and maintain records in the system.

Shift Timings:

• Rotational Shifts in Day (08:00 AM to 08:00 PM)

Language Proficiency Requirement & Salary (CTC):

• 14,500 CTC and 15,700 CTC (Including PF & ESIC)
