The NSO Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end activities related to the setup, branding, staffing, stocking, and marketing of new store launches. This role ensures that each new store meets the company’s operational, aesthetic, and performance standards before launch and executes a seamless handover for day-to-day operations.
Task: Inspect site conditions and display readiness.
Task: Track interior progress (flooring, wiring, lighting).
Task: Confirm rack availability and placement.
Task: Supervise all branding activities.
Task: Shortlist vendors for 3D boards, signage.
Task: Analyze local product availability and pricing.
Task: Confirm stock source (Delhi warehouse vs. local).
Task: Process local vendor payments using correct formats.
Task: Complete GRN and manage in-store product display.
Task: Plan and coordinate external promotions (e-rickshaws, hoardings, etc.).
Task: Confirm and align on store opening date with HOD.
Task: Collaborate on staffing plan and execution.
Task: Oversee onboarding and role-specific training.
Task: Ensure timely receipt of T-shirts, stickers, danglers.
Task: Implement store decor in Red & White theme.
Task: Coordinate opening day videography.
Task: Capture reels, photos, and feedback videos.
Task: Conduct review meeting after 3 days.
Education: Graduate in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
Experience: 2–4 years in retail operations, store expansion, or project coordination.
Skills: Strong coordination, vendor negotiation, problem-solving, and reporting.
Tools: MS Excel, Google Drive, WhatsApp for daily updates, project tracking tools.
