We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat, and providing timely and effective solutions to resolve customer issues. The position offers an In Hand Salary of 10,000 - 15,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner
- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- Provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information about our products/services
- Listen to customer concerns and provide suitable solutions
- Offer product/service training to customers as required
- Collect customer feedback and use it to improve our services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Freshers (0-6 months of experience)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English and Hindi languages
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
