🔍 Job Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Sales Executive for residential real estate sales in Meerut city.

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients

• Understanding client requirements and guiding them professionally

• Coordinating and accompanying clients for site visits

• Explaining project details clearly and confidently

• Maintaining follow-ups and building long-term client relationships

• Representing the company professionally at all times

🎯 Candidate Requirements

• Good spoken communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)

• Humble, empathetic, and sympathetic attitude towards clients

• Polite, confident, and good conversational skills

• Comfortable speaking with clients on calls and in person

• Willingness to travel locally for site visits

• Well-groomed with good dressing sense

• Strictly formal attire during work hours and site visits

👔 Preferred Qualities

• Prior experience in real estate sales (preferred but not mandatory)

• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

• Positive mindset and customer-first approach
