We are looking for a confident and relationship-driven B2B Sales Executive to build strong partnerships with companies, conduct direct meetings with business owners, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions. This role focuses on expanding corporate relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
Identify and engage with target companies across various industries.
Develop strong, long-term relationships with business owners, directors, and senior decision-makers.
Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and proposing appropriate solutions.
Maintain regular follow-ups to strengthen business relationships and generate repeat business.
Schedule and conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with company owners and key stakeholders.
Present company offerings, partnership models, and customized business solutions.
Address concerns, negotiate commercial terms, and close high-value deals.
Build credibility and rapport with owner-level contacts.
Generate new leads and convert them into active corporate accounts.
Promote company products/services with a consultative sales approach.
Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
Achieve monthly and quarterly B2B sales targets.
Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams for seamless client onboarding.
Coordinate with support teams to resolve client issues quickly and efficiently.
Share client insights and market feedback with internal departments to improve offerings.
Ensure smooth implementation of partnership agreements.
Maintain up-to-date records of leads, client meetings, and deal progress in CRM.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities and performance.
Track sales metrics and ensure accurate forecasting.
1–6 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or Business Development.
Experience dealing directly with company owners, founders, or CXOs (preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Comfortable with client visits, travel, and field meetings.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
