Sales Specialist - Noida

Twirll is looking for its Sales Specialist  to cover the NCR Region in India. We're on the forefront of digital cloud platform with end to end offering to businesses for their growth and automation. Our vision to democratize technology in businesses world, build technology and network of businesses which enable business to perform its core function rest taken care by platform & network. We need top talent to help prospective customers see the value of our product & vision. 

The successful candidate for this role will be working with our enterprise sales team to drive Twirll adoption in all phases of the sales cycle. This is a unique opportunity to engage with some of the most progressive technologists & businesses in the industry. We're looking for someone that loves technology, ready to solve problems, passionate about what they do, treats customers like partners (not targets), and can hang with a fast-paced, fun-loving sales team.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive growth & enable new customers to the platform

  • Drive in-depth discovery discussions with prospective customers to understand their environment and associated needs

  • Key focus for this role will be hospitality businesses 

  • Understand their business problem or pain point and propose a solution which can deliver growth and full automation to the business

  • Provide proactive and timely support for the client on-boarding process

  • Conduct virtual and live product demonstrations

  • Interface with Twirll national regional team to tailor offering to specific customer needs

  • Assist customers with business solution & process design 

  • Interface with Twirll customer success team to ensure happy Twirll customers are power users of the product

  • Help shape the culture and future of the Twirll sales organization

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Highly passionate about sales and work what you do

  • 2+ years technical sales experience with enterprise software

  • A degree in a Sales related field and minimum of 2 years experience in a Field/Ground sales role in Hospitality sector

  • Ability to generate strong lead pipeline by both digital & non digital mediums

  • Be an optimistic, energetic person who loves engaging with people – whether they are customers, prospects, or members of the community.

  • History of success working directly with end users

  • World-class reliability – our customers will expect rapid responses to product questions

  • Experience balancing multiple customers while getting results quickly

  • Client management and organization/business awareness

  • Prior startup experience highly preferred

  • Experience of selling ecommerce, point of sale, accounting software

  • Business consulting proficiency (optional, but highly encouraged)

  • Strong written and oral communication skills – proven client facing skills

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Technical understanding of business software

  • Business process consulting

  • Understanding of HTML5, Javascript & CSS

  • Internet of things devices and technology behind it

  • System performance & operational load
