What you'll be doing:

● Helping customers to book their worldwide trip, giving a consultative, tailored solution to meet their travel needs.

● Handling customer objections positively and spotting opportunities to turn dissatisfied customers into happy customers.

● Looking for ways to upsell to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue.

● Most importantly, putting customers at the heart of everything you do.

What you need to do it:

● You'll love helping people and have a real passion for making customers feel special.

● Written and verbal fluency in English .

● You'll be target driven, competitive and money hungry.

● You'll have a positive, motivated mindset that'll help you deal with some tricky customer problems.

● You'll take ownership of your work and will have excellent soft skills including listening, motivating and communicating.

● You'll be resilient, organised and committed.
