Customer Service & Sales Executive (Call Centre)

Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Call Centre team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, a clear understanding of call centre operations, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving queries effectively and efficiently.
Identify customer needs and cross-sell or upsell relevant products/services.
Participate in mock calls and training sessions to enhance communication and problem-solving skills.
Adhere to call quality standards and company policies at all times.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
Skills & Qualities Required:
Good Communication Skills: Fluent in English & Hindi with a clear and polite tone.
Customer Service Mindset: Ability to understand customer needs, empathize, and provide solutions.
Sales Skills: Persuasion, negotiation, and the ability to close deals effectively.
Problem-Solving Ability: Quick thinking and a solution-oriented approach to handle customer queries.
