Responsibilities:
Candidates should have 1 - 3 years of experience in Sales.
Candidates with experience in Independent Floors/ Builder Floors sales in Delhi/NCR will be preferred.
Collaborate with team Members to achieve better Results.
Contribute towards organizational sales goals and revenues.
Should have Excellent communication skills and be highly confident.
Excellent Negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
Willingness to learn new skills and take new responsibilities.
Has a growth mindset, self motivated and passionate for sales.
Understanding clients requirements and creating a sales funnel.
Prepare and deliver appropriate product presentations to clients.
Organize meetings with prospective buyers and suggest properties best suited to them.
Follow up with clients and handle objections. Negotiate and close deals.
Basic Proficiency in MS Office, CRM etc.
Desired Skills and Experience:-
Minimum 1+ year of sales experience.
Very Good business communication skills in English & Hindi.
Good interpersonal skills, target orientation and tactfulness.
Highly Energetic, cordial approach with abilities to interact and accurately resolve all kinds of customer queries and concerns to achieve complete customers satisfaction.
Has excellent problem-solving skills.
Decision Making & Self motivated
Working knowledge of MS Office , MS Excel.
