WHAT YOU'LL DO :
Company’s primary interface with the client
• Responsible for lead management and lead conversion- Pitch Healthysure’s employee health benefit products to prospect clients.- Understand prospect’s needs and generate quotes from placements team.- Draft client proposals.- Negotiate and nudge clients to make the right decision.- Hand over to client success team upon conversion for client onboarding. • Responsible for customer growth, acquisition, retention and up-selling
• Identify process and product gaps & recommend improvements
• Collaborate with core team to drive the company’s mission
• Help Scale the startup from 10 to 100
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
• 0-2 years of experience in corporate health insurance.
• Excellent in verbal and written communication
• Adaptability, collaborative spirit and goal-oriented approach.
