We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team . This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹9000 - ₹26000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage in new business opportunities through various channels.
Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers effectively.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.
Prepare engaging presentations to highlight product benefits.
Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
Outbound Calling: Contact potential and existing customers to promote various loan products.
Needs Analysis: Ask questions to understand customer requirements and financial situations.
Product Knowledge: Clearly explain loan features, interest rates, eligibility, and terms.
Sales Conversion: Guide prospects through the application process, gather necessary details, and convert leads into sales.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer data, and interactions.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead generation goals.
Customer Service: Address queries, resolve issues, and handle complaints effectively.
Team Collaboration: Liaise with underwriting and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
Compliance: Adhere to banking regulations and company policies. Job
Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 4 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling, Convincing Skills, Lead Generation, loan sales, Personal loan, Sales Officer, telesales is an added advantage.
