Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
Set individual and team sales goals and monitor progress to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Team Management & Development:
Lead, motivate, and coach a team of real estate agents.
Provide ongoing training, feedback, and support to improve individual and team performance.
Recruit, train, and retain top-performing sales talent.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.
Client Engagement:
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and provide them with professional advice on market conditions and property values.
Operational Oversight:
Monitor and ensure the team's adherence to company policies and real estate regulations.
Assist the team in managing sales processes, including client interactions and closing deals.
Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and community outreach programs.
Property Showings:
Schedule and conduct property viewings and open houses for prospective buyers.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with marketing teams to develop sales strategies and with other internal departments to ensure seamless transaction processes.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with CRM systems for maintaining client databases and managing sales activities.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
· Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
· Strong negotiation and closing skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Ability to conduct property market analysis.
· Valid real estate license as required by state regulations.
