
We are looking for a Channel Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves acquiring new clients, driving business growth, managing dealer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for identifying leads, pitching products, closing deals, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Salary: ₹35,000 (In-hand) + Performance-based incentives
Experience Required: 2–6 years
Qualification: Diploma / Graduate
2–6 years of experience in Channel Sales / Dealer Sales / Distribution Sales.
Must have experience in one of the following industries:
Wallpaper industry
Wooden flooring / Laminates / Veneers / Interior products
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
Understanding of the interior products selling cycle.
Must be comfortable with fieldwork and dealer visits.
Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Identify and engage in new business opportunities through various channels.
Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.
Prepare and deliver product presentations.
Maintain records of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
Conduct regular market visits, product demos, order follow-ups, and relationship management.
Achieve monthly secondary sales targets.
Coordinate with the internal sales team for supply, payments, and ongoing schemes.
Ensure proper branding and product display at dealer outlets.
