External Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients such as Architects, Builders, Developers, Contractors, Consultants, and Project Management Consultants (PMCs).
Conduct online research and make cold calls to schedule client meetings.
Meet with purchase managers, technical heads, and directors to gather project details and present company products.
Explore business opportunities across materials like Glass, Aluminum, UPVC, Steel, and Wood.
Provide technical support, prepare quotations, and deliver presentations to clients.
Negotiate prices, secure orders, and coordinate with the Head Office and warehouse for order processing.
Follow up on orders and ensure timely payment collection.
Internal Responsibilities:
Prepare quotations and coordinate with in-house designers to meet client requirements.
Collaborate with overseas teams for order processing and project coordination.
