Sales Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Sales and client management:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and engineering firms.

  • Conduct sales calls and generate leads.

• Technical and consultative support:

  • Perform site visits and assessments to understand client needs.

  • Provide technical expertise, present product demonstrations, and explain technical features.

  • Help clients select the right HVAC systems for their requirements.

• Proposal and project management:

  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and bids.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, project management) to ensure client requirements are met.

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

  • Oversee the handover of sold projects to the operations team for execution.

• Market and product knowledge:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new HVAC technologies.

  • Gather customer feedback for product improvements.
