Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into business opportunities.
Promote company products & services to customers through presentations, proposals, and technical discussions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Prepare quotations, tenders, and negotiate to close deals.
Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop sales strategies.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication & presentation skills
Negotiation and client-handling ability
Basic knowledge of engineering products / services (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
Willingness to travel for client meetings / site visits
