Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Location (Post Training):

Gurgaon Branch – Full-Time Role

Company Policy:

• Mandatory 2-Year Agreement with the company

• Agreement to be signed at the time of joining

• Early exit subject to company policy and notice period norms

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct wellness consultations with clients (face-to-face and telephonic)

• Understand client concerns related to health, lifestyle, skin, and wellness

• Recommend suitable wellness programs and packages

• Convert consultations into confirmed enrollments

• Maintain client records, follow-ups, and feedback

• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and support teams

• Achieve individual and branch-level targets

• Ensure high standards of client satisfaction and service quality

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate (any stream preferred)

• Experience in wellness, healthcare, fitness, or counseling roles preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales-oriented mindset with a client-first approach

• Presentable personality and professional attitude

• Willingness to stay in Chandigarh for 15–20 days training

• Ready to relocate to Gurgaon after training

Work Timings:

9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
(6 Days Working | Weekly Off as per company policy)
