The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing leads, coordinating with internal teams, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to help the sales team achieve targets efficiently.
1. Sales Support & Coordination
Coordinate with sales executives for daily activities and follow-ups.
Manage and track leads, enquiries, and customer interactions.
Ensure timely sharing of information between sales, operations, and support teams.
2. Lead & CRM Management
Update and maintain CRM data accurately.
Assign leads to sales executives and track lead status.
Monitor follow-ups and ensure closure timelines are met.
3. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
Maintain records of quotations, invoices, and order confirmations.
Track sales performance, targets, and achievements.
4. Client Communication
Communicate with customers regarding orders, pricing, and timelines.
Support sales executives in handling customer queries.
Ensure professional and timely communication with clients.
5. Process & Compliance
Ensure sales processes and SOPs are followed.
Coordinate with finance for invoicing and payment tracking.
Assist in improving sales workflows and internal coordination.
Strong coordination and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Basic understanding of sales processes
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
Graduate in any discipline (Business / Commerce preferred)
1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or support role
