Key Responsibilities
Responding to any queries / quote requests from customers
Securing orders by doing necessary follow-ups
Guiding and monitoring the "Sales Support Executive" to get operational work done accurately
Understanding customers deeply to strengthen customer relationship quality
Studying customer websites & product portfolios
Reviewing sales patterns to identifying declining or stopped products and understanding buying patterns
Identify new products, opportunities, and cross-selling items
B. Com. with 2-5 years’ experience of dealing in engineering / industrial products in similar role
Strong communication (Writing emails / communicating with internal team)
Good analytical thinking (Data analysis – Sales trend)
Ability to study existing customers’ products portfolios and identify additional products which can be offered to customers
Ability to guide support team members to get the orders executed on time
Preference for candidates with:
B.E. (Mechanical) and / or experience of dealing in Pneumatic Tools / parts
Knowledge about digital marketing
History of working with an export Company
Exposure to international business
With good experience, exposure to travel internationally to represent the Company for customers’ visits & International trade shows
