Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing coordination, client communication, order processing, and internal follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the printing and packaging industry, which will be given first preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with sales team, clients, and internal departments

• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales-related documentation

• Follow up on orders, dispatch schedules, and delivery timelines

• Maintain sales records, MIS reports, and customer data

• Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales coordination

• Support marketing and business development activities

• Ensure smooth communication between production, dispatch, and sales teams

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline

• Preferred qualifications:

  • BBA / MBA

  • Diploma in Printing

  • Diploma in Plastic / Packaging / HP (any relevant technical diploma)

Experience:

• 2 to 3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator

• Printing & Packaging industry experience will be given first preference

Transport Facility:

• Company transport available from Amit Nagar

• Pickup time: Sharp 7:30 AM
