Role Overview:-

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Executive – Backend Sales Operations to support our sales and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sales coordination, order processing, ERP systems, and reporting within the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Planner and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely material availability

• Oversee and ensure adherence to sales process compliance and company guidelines

• Understand customer requirements and ensure a customer-centric operational approach

• Process sales orders accurately and monitor execution through ERP systems

• Prepare Credit/Debit Note workings and coordinate with the Credit Control team for issuance

• Manage and maintain MIS reports and dashboards including:

  • Order booking status

  • Clearance schedules

  • Revenue tracking and forecasting

• Ensure smooth backend operations to support the field sales team

• Work closely with internal stakeholders for effective post-sales coordination

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field

• 6–8 years of experience in backend sales operations / order management in the manufacturing industry

• Strong command of ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)

• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards)

• Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills

• Strong understanding of the sales order lifecycle and internal control procedures

• Ability to multitask and deliver accurately under tight timelines
