We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and contribute to achieving business goals.
Coordinate with the sales team to manage leads, client interactions, and property site visits.
Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and social media, and maintain proper records in CRM.
Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and documentation.
Schedule and follow up on client meetings, calls, and visits.
Maintain client databases and ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
Support in organizing promotional events, campaigns, and property exhibitions.
Provide administrative assistance to the sales team for smooth operations.
Act as a communication bridge between clients, sales executives, and management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, preferably in Real Estate.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
