Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound leads related to residential and commercial interior projects.
• Understand client requirements and share preliminary information about company services, design process, and pricing.
• Coordinate with the design and sales team to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Schedule client meetings, follow up on leads, and maintain a strong relationship with prospects.
• Maintain and update CRM records, lead tracking, and follow-up reports.
• Assist the sales team in achieving monthly conversion and revenue targets.
• Ensure clients receive timely responses and professional communication throughout the pre-sales process.
• Support marketing initiatives such as exhibitions, campaigns, and social media promotions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales or customer handling (interior design or real estate preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Interest in interior design and client servicing.
Preferred Qualities:
• Energetic and proactive approach toward client interaction.
• Understanding of design terminology and project timelines.
• Ability to coordinate between multiple departments smoothly.
