Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator – Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the internal sales
coordination team, ensuring seamless communication between customers, sales
representatives, and operations. This role involves managing inquiries, tracking orders,
preparing quotations, coordinating with dealers/distributors, and driving sales support processes
to improve overall efficiency and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong
leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with prior experience in sales
coordination or inside sales in a product-based industry.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Coordination
● Lead and guide the sales coordination team to achieve monthly targets.
● Assign tasks, track performance, and ensure timely client follow-ups.
● Coordinate with sales, logistics, accounts, and marketing for smooth order processing.
Sales Operations & Client Servicing
● Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for closures.
● Support field sales teams and dealer/distributor networks.
● Communicate order status, delivery updates, and manage escalations.
Reporting & Data Management
● Maintain sales trackers, CRM, and customer databases.
● Generate MIS reports and analyze sales trends.
Process Improvement
● Streamline coordination across departments for faster execution.
● Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing, and credit terms.
Requirements & Qualifications
● Graduate in Business, Sales or Marketing.
● 1-2 years experience in sales coordination or inside sales (building materials/interior
industry preferred).
● 1–2 years team handling experience.
● Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
● Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
● Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Preferred Skills
● Experience with architects, dealers, or B2B clients.
● Knowledge of ERP and sales reporting systems.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
