Assist the MD’s Assistant in managing the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages on behalf of the MD’s Assistant.
Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations as required.
Coordinate with various departments to gather information, schedule meetings, and follow up on pending actions.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive company information.
Support the preparation of minutes of meetings, action items, and status updates.
Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, visits, and conferences.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, documentation, and record management.
Undertake any special tasks or projects assigned by the MD’s Assistant or the Managing Director.
