Job Title: Sales Coordinator

About Us:

Royal Touch Interiors Pvt. Ltd. is a leading furnishings and interior solutions company dealing in curtains, blinds, wallpapers, flooring, glass films, and wall panels. We are expanding our sales coordination team and looking for a dedicated professional to join us.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound enquiries and client communication

• Share product catalogs, images, and company profile

• Coordinate with sales executives for appointments and site visits

• Assist in preparing quotations and maintaining client data

• Maintain shade card inventory and ensure timely recovery

• Follow up with clients and update CRM regularly

• Prepare daily & weekly sales coordination reports

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficiency in WhatsApp, Email, MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong follow-up discipline & organizational skills

Qualifications:

• Graduate

• Minimum 1 year experience in sales coordination / admin / customer support

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
