Key Responsibilities:
• Client Demos & Presentations: Proactively identify new sales opportunities through fresh sales calls, networking, and social media outreach. Schedule and conduct product demos for potential clients, clearly demonstrating how our import–export data solutions can support and grow their business. Tailor presentations to match each client's specific requirements and pain points.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations. Ensure all customer requests are handled promptly and professionally. Track and follow up on leads and opportunities within the sales pipeline.
• Sales Software Expertise: Utilize sales management software (CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to manage customer interactions, track leads, update sales data, and generate reports. Ensure the sales database is accurate and up to date.
• Order Processing & Documentation: Coordinate with internal teams to process sales orders, ensure timely delivery, and handle any post-sales customer service issues.
• Market Research & Analysis: Assist in gathering competitive intelligence and identifying new market opportunities. Help the sales team stay informed about market trends and customer demands.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Address any concerns or issues that arise post-sale, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
