Position: Sales Co-ordinator (Female)
Location: Odhav GIDC, Ahmedabad
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday – 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Qualification & Skills:

• Diploma / Graduate in any stream (BBA or Technical background preferred).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general computer operations.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience:

• 6 Months to 2 years of experience in a similar role within an engineering or manufacturing company.

• Freshers with good communication and technical understanding may also be considered.
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Team in daily back-office activities.

• Prepare quotations, order documents, and proforma invoices.

• Communicate with clients via emails and phone calls.

• Handle incoming inquiries and provide necessary follow-ups.

• Maintain and update sales records and databases on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

Compensation:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
