5. Regularly updating and enhancing their skills and market knowledge by doing regular market research.
6. Coordinating with customer and post-sales team.
7. Conversion of leads to prospects.
8. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing business and client needs
9. Arrange meetings with prospective buyers.
10. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
11. Interview buyers to understand what they’re looking for in a new property.
12. Guide buyer through the closing process.
13. Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
14. Taking pictures and putting them on the web and in local classifieds.
