Sales Coordinator

Jobs Description: -

Needed Sales Coordinator at Nariman Point, Mumbai.

Basic Function: -

·        Coordination between dealer/customer, sales executive and warehouses from order generation to delivery of goods

·        Checking of sales invoices prepares according to discounts and rates offered to customer

·        Maintain record of pending orders from suppliers as well as customers and following up to fulfill order

·        Prepare quotations as per the requirement of clients

·        Keeping track of daily dispatches from different warehouses

·        Creation of Pricelists and updating item codes

·        Follow up with parties about outstanding payment and maintain ledger of PDC cheques

·        Filing claims with supplier towards rate difference or shortage of material

·        Authorization of orders after confirmation with sales team.

Salary – 20000 to 25000 per month.

Industry – Pipe and Fittings industry (Experience in Construction related product highly preferred)

Role – Sales Coordinator.

Desired candidate profile: -

Education – Any Graduation required

Skills - Tally PRIME (MANDATORY), MS office, MS Excel.

Gender - Female/Male

Language – Should be comfortable with Hindi, English

Experience – 2 to 4 years.

Location – Mumbai South, Able to travel to Nariman Point in short distance.
