Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Coordination
∙Manage and track customer enquiries from initial contact using CRM software.
∙Conduct proactive internal and external follow-ups to ensure efficient enquiry
management and timely project progression.
∙Serve as the primary technical contact, leading meetings and calls to clearly
communicate Fabex Products' technical features and understand client-specific
project needs and product requirements.
∙Assist in the preparation of detailed technical proposals and sales documentation,
ensuring alignment with client specifications and internal standardization guidelines.
Technical & Project Support
∙Assist the technical team in sizing equipment and preparing comprehensive technical
documentation, including preliminary studies, flow schemes, trial plans, and
technical specifications.
∙Coordinate and assist in the execution of pilot plant trials for various process
equipment.
∙Help drive standardization activities for products and processes to improve
efficiency and consistency.
