Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales and operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales orders, tracking payments, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate data and reports. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sales order processing from receipt to delivery.

• Track customer payments and coordinate with accounts for timely collections.

• Maintain and update sales data, reports, and customer records accurately.

• Coordinate with the logistics and dispatch teams for timely delivery of orders.

• Communicate with clients regarding order status, product availability, and delivery schedules.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and MIS as required.

• Support the sales team with documentation, quotations, and follow-ups.

• Assist in maintaining smooth coordination between sales, accounts, and warehouse teams.

• Ensure all sales processes comply with company policies and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field).

• 2–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Back Office / Order Management.

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP systems.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and proactive in approach.

• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
