Job Title: CRM Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join our team in the Hookah manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling follow-ups, ensuring timely responses, and maintaining long-term customer satisfaction to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer interactions through phone, email, and CRM tools.
Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Maintain and update customer databases and records accurately.
Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Accounts, Production, Dispatch) to fulfill client requirements.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
Generate and share CRM-related reports with management.
Monitor customer satisfaction and escalate concerns when required.
Assist in payment follow-ups and order-related queries.
Key Requirements:
Graduate in any stream
1–3 years of experience in CRM, Customer Service, or Client Servicing, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Salary: Based on Interview & Experience

Monday to Saturday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
