Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce SMT machines and services.
Follow up on incoming leads generated via IndiaMART, website, exhibitions, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Share product brochures, quotations, and technical details via email/WhatsApp.
Coordinate with the Sales team for product-specific queries or demo requirements.
Regularly follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
