·Designing and implementing effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance business and retain existing ones, driving sales and renewal growth.
· Identify and engage with potential clients through targeted prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities.
· Foster and maintain long-term relationships with clients, agents, and partners through client meetings, exceptional services and support.
· Analyze client requirements and provide tailored, competitive quotations to secure new business opportunities through effective negotiation.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including underwriting and claims, to ensure seamless client service and policy delivery.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date MIS & deliver regular performance reports to stakeholders.
· Maintain expertise and stay current with industry developments, product updates, and regulatory changes to provide informed solutions and advice
