Job Description – Relationship Manager (Field Sales)
Position Overview
The Relationship Manager (RM) is responsible for driving face-to-face B2B sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring consistent revenue generation through subscription-based digital services. This role requires proactive client acquisition, trust-building, and effective communication to deliver long-term value to the organization and its clients.
As an RM, you will independently manage your assigned territory, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive direct field sales and achieve revenue targets.
· Prospect and onboard new merchants/businesses onto the platform.
· Understand client marketing objectives and provide tailored digital service solutions.
· Conduct daily client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
· Maintain strong, long-term client relationships and ensure systematic follow-ups for timely closures.
· Handle escalations and provide quick resolutions.
· Monitor and manage daily/weekly sales operations effectively.
· Support team development through knowledge sharing and mentoring (if applicable).

· Positive attitude, confident, and well-groomed personality.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
· Tech-savvy with good computer skills.
· Strong B2B sales acumen and field coordination skills.
· Ability to acquire new clients through cold calling, presentations, and negotiations.
· Target-driven, competitive, and committed to achieving results.
Qualifications
· Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (minimum 60% in 12th or Graduation preferred).
· Experience: Fresher to 1 year in field.
