· Identify, engage, and onboard industrial, rail/metro, infra, EPC, panel-mfg., and maintenance contractors as recurring business accounts for spares, electrical parts, and services.
· Run structured account plans — opportunity mapping, contact plans, visit cadence, proposal/quote management, and win-loss tracking.
· Promote Group capabilities (supply + installation + AMC + projects + contract mfg. + global sourcing through JIPL) to each onboarded account.
· Maintain CRM hygiene — all calls, visits, follow-ups, RFQs, offers, and negotiation notes to be updated in central system daily.
· Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors for electrical spares, panels, switchgear, motors, cables, instrumentation, lighting, control and relay panels, UPS/inverters, green/solar ancillary items etc.
· Coordinate with Procurement/Commercial for rate contracts, payment terms, delivery SLAs, warranty/support clauses, and after-sales commitments.
· Maintain a vendor performance sheet — OTD (on-time delivery), quality issues, price variance, complaint closure, and future business potential.
· Front-end electrical AMC/maintenance jobs, small EPC/electrification, panel service, on-site testing/commissioning coordination, and warranty/repair calls.
· Liaise with internal technical team / project engineer for BOQ, material reconciliation, site deployments, and customer sign-offs.
· Ensure that every project/supply has a service & AMC upsell attempt (O&M packs, spares kit, periodic inspection).
· Promote approved financial & insurance products to existing industrial accounts through Group’s channel partners (credit lines for capex/O&M, transit/marine insurance, project insurance, employee covers).
· Capture basic KYC and documentation from client side and pass to the concerned partner teams.
· Feed market intelligence back to JIPL on emerging demands suitable for contract manufacturing, white-labelling of Jigisha brand, collaborations and JVs (domestic and international through Jigisha International).
· Support pilot orders, proto supplies, and qualification/approval visits at client locations.
· Daily: call/visit log, leads created, quotations sent, and vendor issues → submit in CRM / mail log.
· Weekly: funnel review, receivable status for own accounts, project/S&S tickets closure.
· Monthly: achievement vs target, new account additions, vendor performance summary.
· All personnel documents, onboarding forms, and travel / expense claims to be submitted to HR
