Role Overview
The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their vehicle needs, promoting automobile products, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong customer service, and deep knowledge of automotive features and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom or contacting via phone/online.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles and accessories.
Demonstrate vehicle features, provide test drives, and explain pricing and financing options.
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain product knowledge of all vehicle models, variants, pricing, and offers.
Process sales documentation, booking forms to delivery checklists.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with the marketing team to run promotional events and campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum education: 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1–5 years of experience in automobile sales or a related field (freshers can also apply).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of motor vehicles and automobile features.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Valid driving license (preferred).
