SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Relationship Manager to join our Finance Company. As a Relationship Manager, you will be part of our sales team, driving revenue growth, and expanding our customer base in the housing finance industry.
JOB TITLE:

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue of your area.
· Self motivate to meet and exceed sales goals.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers/clients, connectors, & DSAs.
· Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and participate in industry events and trade shows.
· Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build relationships and close deals.
· Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to identify opportunities and make informed decisions.
· Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or any field.
· 1-5 years of proven experience
