About the Role:-

We are a reputed Real estate Consulting firm seeking a seasoned sales professional with hands-on experience in the Gurgaon property market. The ideal candidate must possess strong local market knowledge, an existing client base, and a proven track record of closing residential or commercial deals in Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Generate and convert leads for residential/commercial property sales in Gurgaon.

• Conduct property presentations and site visits with clients.

• Maintain an active pipeline of clients and manage end-to-end deal closures.

• Coordinate with developers, investors, and channel partners in the Gurgaon region.

• Stay updated on Gurgaon's real estate trends, pricing, and upcoming projects.

Requirements:-

• Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience in the Gurgaon market (mandatory).

• Prior experience with a Real estate brokerage firm is a strong advantage.

• In-depth knowledge of key Gurgaon micro-markets like Golf Course Road, New Gurgaon, Dwarka Expressway, etc.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• A strong database of investors, buyers, or channel partners is a plus.

• Comfortable working with CRM tools and managing sales targets.

Compensation: [Fixed Salary] + [High Commission Structure]
